Coffee Ithaka was founded in 2015 by Antoine Normand who has worked in the coffee industry for over 14 years.

His passion for the industry and Ethiopia urged him to create a company whose primary focus would be in that one origin.

Our core business is sourcing conventional and certified coffee from Ethiopia and even though we can also offer coffee from other origins it is in Ethiopia where we can offer our expertise.

Our knowledge and understanding of origin itself make us specialists in what we do, adding value to our customers and export partners alike.

We operate through our trading and operations office in Lisbon and our Ethiopian office in Addis where we have a dedicated team running our quality and logistics department.

Our presence in both parts of the world helps us to deliver the best service, quality, price mix to our customers, while also focusing on our supplier’s needs.

We value all our partnerships along the value chain; in essence, we are a true merchant not purely a trader.
